Online counselling is becoming ever more popular, providing us with another access point for counselling when we might otherwise find it difficult, or even impossible to attend.
You will need to be familiar enough with computers, and establish if the process is suitable for you. When it is suitable, online counselling can make it possible for you to explore your issues and difficulties right from the comfort of your own home or whilst travelling with work, so the counselling can come to you!
Those who travel frequently with work,
People living in remote areas,
Disabled and/or housebound,
People who prefer/require the convenience, comfort or security of attending counselling from home.
Suicidal intention/plans (more than thoughts & feelings)
Acute psychiatric disorders without medical attention
Issues requiring visual contact
If you are unable to use the technology required
